Harda Amar Rochlani with imprisonment till the court rises and a fine

Harda_ CJM court on Saturday punished two people including Leader of Opposition Municipality Harda Amar Rochlani with imprisonment till the court rises and a fine of Rs 1000 each. District Public Prosecutor Officer Vinod Kumar Ahirwar said that on the night of 29th July 2018, around 3.30 At 9 o’clock the complainant Sunil Chhabra was standing on the road near the Juice Center near Badi Sindhi Colony. From here, Harish’s father Vasudev Peshwani (39) and Amar’s father Laxmandas Rochalani came. They abused and beat him. Jitendra, Hemant Joshi and Ranveer Patel intervened. Both of them threatened to kill Sunil Chhabra and left from there. On the report of complainant Sunil Chhabra, a case under section 294,323,506,34 was registered against both of them in the city police station.
