Burhanpur(MP) During the public hearing in the Collectorate of Burhanpur, husband Mohammad Zafar, a resident of Chandrakala, who was victimized by his wife, tried to commit suicide by pouring petrol on himself in the collectorate premises. Home Guard soldiers present on duty caught the young man. During this, the victim Zafar also created a ruckus. The victim Mohammed Zafar had arrived wearing khaki uniform along with his elderly parents with the complaint of his wife. In fact, the victim Zafar had worn the khaki uniform because he was in the city. He has also been a security committee and traffic warden. The victim Mohammed Zafar alleged that his wife has left him and remarried. His wife has filed a dowry and other complaint in the police station and the police is harassing him due to which he is under mental stress. Gaya Additional SP Antarsingh Kanesh has assured appropriate action after hearing the complaint of victim Zafar.
