Ban on auctioning accused’s property, Rajesh Tapadia

The National Green Revolution Authority (NGT) took suo motu cognizance of the case of Harda Firecracker Factory blast and issued orders to the Collector Harda to get the grant money from the factory owner to the victims. District Administration has attached the properties of Rajesh and Somesh and seized all their bank accounts. Proceedings have been started to distribute the grant amount to the dead and injured. Rajesh Tapadia, the lawyer of the detonator factory accused Rajesh Aggarwal, while discussing with the media, said that the earlier order given by the NGT in which the side of the detonator factory accused was not heard, The order was issued without any hearing. Currently the NGT has put a stay on the order and accepted the error. The earlier order given to the Harda Collector on 6/02/2024 has been cancelled.
