Crop loss due to hailstorm,

Harda(MP) _There was a change in the weather in Harda district last night. There was hailstorm in Rahatgaon and Magardha area late night, farmers suffered loss in wheat and gram crops. Farmers are a big worry, farmers said that the weather changed late night. There was a change in the rain along with hailstorm due to which there was a lot of loss in the gram crop. Similar weather prevailed in 15 districts including Jabalpur, Khandwa, Narmadapuram, Burhanpur, Harda, Narsinghpur, Bhopal. At some places it was cloudy and at other places there was light drizzle. The weather will remain changed on Tuesday also. There is an alert of hail and rain in the next 24 hours in more than half of the state, i.e. 34 districts.

Farmer Rakesh Kokaria told that wheat and gram crops were grown on 10 acres of land but the crop has been completely damaged due to hailstorm in the late evening, the government should conduct a crop survey,

MLA Abhijeet Shah inspected the crop of the farmer in the area. Has given assurance to the farmers that relief amount was provided to the farmers after talking to the government regarding crop loss,

Harda Collector Aditya Singh has instructed the district administration team to conduct field inspection for the crops of the farmers in the district late at night, Collector Instructions issued to submit report in office
